Bathroom middle floor something in bathtub floor that might be dangerous. Some pieces breaking off and had limited space in it. Outside windows needed some cleaning outside. First floor was not mopped. Kids feet were black. But was nice cabin and little attention to details would make it very good. Two cub bears tried to get open grill after grilling hamburgers and that made it exciting. Thankfully Mom stayed on ground.

Kuntree Cabin

Very nice cabin (Kuntree Cabin was the name) in a great area. No real complaints as to the cabin itself, but several as far as cleanliness & the maintenance of it. Needs a deep cleaning/dusting as there were a ton of spiderwebs, cobwebs, & dust on windows & in corners of the rooms. Signs of rats in the closets with poop & chewed up pillows. 1st floor toilet ran constantly. The legs on just about every nightstand could fall off at any moment they were so loose. The mattress protector on the 1st floor bed was only halfway installed, like someone gave up on it.The 3rd story bed frame was broken upon our arrival, & a huge fiberglass patch in the 2nd floor tub. Seems to be a cheap patch job that’s now cracking & flaking off (who wants to sit on shards of fiberglass?). No remote for 3rd floor tv, no tv in 1st story bedroom (only in game area beside it), the pillows were like sleeping on paper they were so thin. No chlorine tablets in the floater in the hot tub, & was cold when we arrived there. There was also piece of the metal roofing over the hot tub that started flapping in the wind in the middle of the night. It scared the mess out of us lol. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, the managing company just needs to do a better job of quality control in keeping up with the property.
