✔ 2 pets maximum. $99 per stay per pet. Airbnb will only automatically charge one pet. The host will add back $99 if you will be bringing more than one pet. Please reach out to us if you'd like to bring more than two.

✔ Outdoor camera is in place for your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.

🧸 If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wonder around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it mi ght attract bears.

✔ There is an outdoor camera towards the driveway for your safety.

⚠️ No unauthorized fires (including candles), No diving in the pool, No smoking inside the cabin, No parties

✔ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your travel insurance.

✔ Cleanliness is our highest priority - we contract with the most reputable cleaning company to make sure cabin is clean before your stay.

✔ AWD is not required as the road is complete flat, except for snow days.
