Family

Overall nice but could be cleaner in non surface area. Pool was supposed be cleaned on Tuesday of stay but no one showed. Only 2 coffee cups. Couple of rug trip hazards. Beds too high for elderly and accessibility.

Amazing property! House has everything you could need. Clean, smelled great, great beds, roomy, etc. plenty of towels. Provided detergent and essentials. Very nice!The only complaint I have is the construction around the property. Construction crews took our parking spots on occasion and began work super early waking us up next door. Nails outside that could get in tires. One bedroom missing fan remote so we couldn’t use the fan at night.

Beautiful views but…

PROS:-There were some beautiful views on the balcony and from the windows. -The house was pretty clean. Kids beds and king bedroom upstairs were clean.-I seen a review saying the water needed to be warmer but honestly the shower water was pretty warm! CONS:-The whole house itself had a lot of issues upon arrival.- There was scuff marks everywhere the bathroom, the bedroom, the pool table room and theater room, ect. -There was a lot of issues and the host wanted me to take photos of everything which I get but I’m there for a vacation, they should’ve made sure the home was properly good before we arrived. It is a beautiful home don’t get me wrong but for the price it was poor quality.-There are creeks in the floor, the walls are thin, one of the adult bedrooms wouldn’t lock properly and then the door that goes downstairs wouldn’t even close properly it was open when we first walked into the home. -Not all bedrooms tv remotes work we had to download the Roku remote app on our phones and use them like that.- Also the fans in each room didn’t all have a remote only I think two rooms had them and they weren’t universal for the other fans. -The pool table is in a bad spot. The area is too small for the pool table. There were a lot of scuff marks from previous people around the pool table.

Family Vacay

Very comfy, great kitchen for making your own food. If you have children bring some plastic cups everything was glass. Pool is small but the kids loved it. We left some tubes and noodles for the pool.

Great spacious cottage

We stayed as a group of 10 and never once felt crowded—this cottage is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. It’s fully equipped with all the amenities you need to entertain a group, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Samuel was exceptional—he responded to every question within minutes and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Things that need attention

We enjoyed our stay and location. There are a few things that need to be fixed. The rug in the living room and upstairs bedroom-- the corner is rolled up and people trip over it. There were no mixing bowls in kitchen. No TV control in bedroom on left when you walk in. Dirty sponge at kitchen sink.

Polishing The Pulpit Convention

The house was less than a mile to the Wilderness Convention Center a plus for us. The house itself was really nice the only problem I had were there was scuff marks and scratches on the wall for it too be a new property. The house was not as clean as I would have like it and I had to clean and wash sheets and comforters because I found hair on them and so thought they were not cleaned properly. I alerted Samuel the Host and I was told how sorry he was but that they were a young couple starting out and I thought wow excuses and not taking accountability for this issue. Anywho I cleaned the bathrooms as well because I couldn’t trust there word. Also I had to pay a cleaning fee and I also cleaned when I got there that’s not fair. The property was as described and if I had to I would stay again because of how close it was to my venue.
