The Space:

Settle into a simple, well-equipped home base designed for easy group stays. The Roxy B sleeps 8 across two private bedrooms plus built-in bunk sleeping in the living area, with two ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.

Gather in the living room for movie nights and games, then head outside to unwind in the private hot tub or around the fire pit. A backyard provides space to stretch out, and the mountain setting adds a scenic backdrop to your stay.



Inside, enjoy downtime with a ping pong table and pool table, stay connected with WiFi, and make use of a laptop-friendly workspace for remote work or school. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays a breeze. Parking is in a shared driveway, and an EV charger is available for eco-friendly travel (shared with the sister unit; see Important Things to Note).

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: The home has stairs. Please review photos to ensure it’s a good fit for your group.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. The driveway is shared with the main house (The Roxy A); the EV charger is also shared.

• EV charging: An EV charger is available and shared with the sister unit (first-come, first-served).

• Washer and dryer are in the home for guest use.

• Larger groups: This home is a sister unit to The Roxy A. If you need more space, consider booking both together

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
