Nice Getaway

We took family & friends to Tennessee for my sons 15th birthday, and he invited 6 friends to go with him. We had a great time & the boys really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We had plenty to do at the property and we were close to other area attractions. Abe & Kate were amazing hosts, and they were quick to answer any and all question. We had a great time and will stay with them again.

We found the place to be very nice, roomy and a perfect place for a five women reunion. It was definitely very nice that all five bedrooms had its own bathroom. Another positive was the location. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants yet situated amongst trees and views of the mountains.During our stay, the place and surroundings were peaceful with some daily construction but wasn't much of a problem. All and all we would choose to stay here again.

Overall a very good experience. It was a Very spacious house. All rooms have bathrooms so it was very convenient to be there with a big family. Good amenities. We liked that there was a keurig coffee machine( however would’ve appreciated having some coffee k-cups there as well. Unfortunately we found the pool not clean but the host was pretty good with communication and were ready to get it cleaned up the next day. Also one of the bathroom sink and tub was clogged. Probably the cleaning company needs to pay more attention. We frequently visit smoky mountains. This was definitely one of the most modern, new and comfortable places that we’ve stayed at. I only wish that the houses are not build so close to each other for a bit of more privacy but I’m sure the Builder wants to maximize the use of land.
