Great Location for Views and Attractions

This is a great home, in a great location. Being in-between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge we were just minutes away for all the attractions. Our family and dogs loved the large deck, with hot tub and large yard. We will defiantly recommend this house to others and would stray here again.

Family Vacation

This is a great property with a gorgeous view. You are close to all of the shopping and amenities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and still have the feeling of being secluded and surrounded by nature. It is a perfect location.

The four of us enjoyed our stay at Never Ending Views. The views were spectacular!! The cabin was roomy and very nice. We appreciated all the amenities for handicapped folks that were helpful to our friend who doesn’t get around real well, needed the shower chair, uses a rollator, etc

House was a great location for a weekend of Dollywood and hiking in the smokies. Great layout, rooms were spacious and plenty of amenities. Nice deck with a view (including a family of bears that were in the neighborhood). Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this property. It has stunning views and location was perfect for us . We will definitely be renting from the Tice family again. Great place to rent if you have pets the fenced in backyard was a bonus feature for us because our doggies 🐾🐾🐾are family.

Beautiful home!!

We booked a weekend stay in this home and wow! The convenient location AND great view were perfect for us. My mother was with us and this place is very accessible to have someone elderly with you! It has a hot tub and pool table for the kids, plenty of seating and the overall feel was just perfect! We got quick and easy communication from the homeowners. We will definitely be back again!!

Handicapped family vacation

This was an awesome place. Awesome location. Right in the middle of everything. My adult son is in a wheelchair, so we were looking for everything to be on one floor but be able to for everyone and this was perfect! Was even able to take our furbabies and not worry because it was fenced in. And we saw 2 bears on the next to last day. We will definitely be staying again!!

Quiet Mountain View close to P.F.

Loved sitting on the large back deck each morning and seeing mountains. Many rentals on the road but enough distance and trees that it felt private. Beds were comfortable, home is spacious and hot tub enjoyable. Great home for someone like my hubby who relies on a walker to get around. The owner was very gracious and helped when I left some jewelry behind. Couldn’t ask for a nicer host and we enjoyed being close by Pigeon Forge.

Perfect view

Great location near pigeon forge and gatliy. The road was a little windy but we laughed and had fun going up. The ride is worth the view. We loved sitting on the back patio with the amazing view. We even had a few visitors. Mama and her 3 bear's. I would rent this home again. We loved it 💕

Great Stay

The house fit our needs perfectly….all one level with no steps to climb. Spacious rooms with lots of seating. Large bedrooms with big bathrooms and a walk in shower in the master bath which again fit our needs perfectly. A large walkout deck with lots of patio furniture and rocking chairs. Perfect location just 10-15 minutes south of pigeon forge. Close enough to be right in the mix of everything or far enough away to have some privacy……5 star great place

We would buy this if it was for sale! The house was perfect for our family. It is one story, wonderful fenced in yard, big beautiful deck with awesome mountains everywhere, secluded road with just limited number of houses, and very close to everything. It is an older house with a great floor plan that fits our family perfect. The owners were great and we had a wonderful birthday trip. It is very high up and steep but after finding it the first time it was a dream! Large flat drive with a covered carport!!! WE LOVED OUR TRIP!!!!!

Perfect Smokey Mountain Christmas

The property is in a perfect location. The views from the main room and off the deck are amazing. This alone was a major win for us. While the home is old and needs updating, the location was nice. Recommend brining your own pot holders, wine glasses and a good nonstick pan if you are looking to cook meals on site. The grill cooks great, so I would recommend bringing items for that. Since the hot tub cover was damaged and too heavy for us to move safely, we chose not to use it, but the water was clear and looked inviting. The drive up the mountain was a little challenging, recommend just taking it slow. Overall, we were happy with the location and the beds were comfortable. With a fresh coat of paint, some minor repairs and some updating, this location could be perfect.

Nice Location

The home is beautiful. It is definitely a drive up a windy and curvy road, but well worth the drive. The home is just a described. Beautiful windows opening up to a gorgeous view. The pool table and arcade game was just an added bonus. All rooms seem to be updated except for the Jack and Jill bathroom. The double sinks are nice but the tub and shower doors could use an update. Hopefully they have fixed that toilet as well. It is really nice that there is a huge walk in area that has an extra refrigerator and the washer and dryer are located in there as well. We had a great time and we would definitely book this place again if we choose to have a family Thanksy in the Mountains!

Great spacious 1 level house with gorgeous view!

This is a great house in a nice location in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The House, carport and deck are all on the same level so it's great for people with mobility issues. There is a large fenced in yard for the furry one. It is usually very quiet since it's almost at the end of the road. We did see the 3 bears most of the days we were here. You enter the house into the kitchen which flows into the dining area to the right and large open living room to the left. The 3 bedrooms are a spacious Master suite with ensuite bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms have a Queen and 2 Queens and share a J&J bathroom. On the deck you will find 2 rocking chairs, some nice patio seating a gas grill and a small hot tub. This was our second stay here and highly recommend!

We booked this property for a vacation for a family of 10. There were a lot of issues with the rental: Toilet handle was broken in guest bath that we tried to fix but then it just kept running, not enough blankets for all 10 people, hot tub was dirty/smelly and jets didnt work properly, dryer didnt work so couldnt do laundry or dry clothes, no gas for grill or fire pit, fireplace didnt work, broken boards on the deck, and there was garbage under and around some of the beds. When the property manager was made aware, he said someone would be out but no one came. While the view was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool table, the overall stay was disappointing and too uncomfortable for the price we paid. If you can book elsewhere, I highly recommend you do.

Wonderful Potential, Needs a Little Work

The home has a lot of potential. The location is perfectly situated in the mountains between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The view was amazing from the large back deck. The wall of windows along the living room and master bedroom were perfect to enjoy the view from inside of the home as well. The home is spacious with a lot of storage space for your personal items. The beds are comfortable. However, it is past due for a deep clean. Everything from eye level and below looked surface area clean. Several areas above eye level had layers of dust/grime, especially over the fire place. The HVAC fan quit working while we were there so the inside temperature got quite warm as the temperature went up. My husband has worked HVAC for over 25 years, so he inspected the unit to see if he could diagnose the problem. He was alarmed at how the unit had been hotwired. He described it in two words. Fire Hazard. Ironically, the battery to the smoke detector was dead so we had to unplug it while we were there. The lower water distributing arm to the dishwasher was missing so most of the dishes don't get clean. That would not have a big deal except I didn't run the dishwasher until the night before we were due to check out. I am not above old school hand-washing. However, hand washing a ton of dishes that didn't get clean the morning we are checking out made it more of an inconvenience. We still enjoyed ourselves and the location and view were beautiful as promised.
