We picked this rental bc the host promised baby items like a pack N play and high chair. None of that was present and it was a big hassle to get these items. They work with a company so you are dealing with multiple customer service reps instead of the host. It took hours to get anything done and every time frame they gave us was inaccurate. The hot tub, fireplace and wifi needed to be fixed as well. We get that things happen but their customer service wasn't great. Also, if you plan on cooking, bring all your seasonings and oils, the kitchen is not very well stocked. Lots of dust and ladybugs in house. Loved the view but unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again.
