Great Christmas trip!

Great location, easy to find. The kitchen has the bare minimum if you’re cooking, but you can make it work with some creativity. We enjoyed spending Christmas here!

Nice place

The place was great for us. The only issues was the pull out couches needing replaced and there was no extra bedding for pull out couch. The hot tub was refreshing, everything was clean and check out was a breeze. Thank you!

Sugar bear

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay here- especially the nice hot tub, many fireplaces, outdoor fireplace, and game room. One complaint is that we ran out of trash bags, and the bags provided were very weak, making it hard to dispose of our trash. some more/better trash bags nest time would be appreciated.

Great place to unwind.

Loved how easy it was to book and get the answers to my questions. Place was clean and easy to get to. The kids loved the pool table/games to unwind after a long hot day.

Christmas Lights

I stayed with my husband and kids the weekend before Christmas to see the lights in Gatlinburg. AuntBug checked in with us several times throughout to make sure we had all we needed(before check in, at check in, shortly after check in, right before check out and right after check out). The cabin was just as described, if not more. We even had a Christmas tree and lights in the cabin. Everything was amazing and I have never had anyone check on us during our stay to make sure we were good. The price for this cabin was better than we could have asked.

Loved Sugar Bear

We stayed the weekend in this beautiful cabin. It was clean and well stocked and the children loved the bear theme. We really enjoyed the decks and the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!

The property is very nice. We enjoyed the deck. If I could change one thing, it would be to top the trees at the rear for some kind of a view instead of trees right up to the top deck

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very cozy. We wish there would have been hangers for our clothes and a couple hooks or towel bars for our towels. We did appreciate the attention to detail in all other areas and would recommend this property

Perfect for enjoying nearby attractions

Great cabin. Few little problems. Cabin needs little updating as far as usd ports and better equipped kitchen (some organization). No pot holders/ no info on what kind of coffee filters needed b4 hand. Bad lighting on walkway leading up to door. But other than a few inconveniences we enjoyed our stay.

Nice property. Needs outside maintenance.

Nice property. No veiw, but directly on the woodline. The outside of this property needs a handyman and some carpenter bee traps.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. very cute cabin

cabin was very cute good location issues were there was hair in the bathroom sink, tub was dirty and then the internet went out and we didn't have any tv for the whole day on the 4th or the next day which we were planning on staying in the cabin and grilling and having movie day but due to that we left out and the grill was filthy outside of it was very nasty
