Great location on the mountain with an amazing view. Download an offline Map because you will lose cell signal in the mountains. Overall great time with the. Family.

Gorgeous Views, Great cabin

The views from this cabin are unmatched. Clean, roomy cabin with lots to do. Kids loved the video games and pool table, we loved sitting by the fire and having morning coffee looking out. It's quite a drive to the place, but that's what you get to attain the views. The ONLY negative we have, is that we ultimately booked this cabin because the pictures listed and showed the fishing pond. Our boys brought their fishing poles along hoping to fish every morning and evening. But once we arrived and after looking for the cabin forever (and driving and getting lost), we found out that the fishing pond was 6 miles away. And once we did find the pond there was not a fish in sight.

Nice Cabin & Amazing Views

The cabin was very clean inside. I would've like to have seen the cobwebs on the outside cleaned off, there were A LOT of them. The kitchen is lacking in some supplies such as no kitchen washcloth or kitchen towels provided so make sure you bring your own. Most cabins have at least one of each for your stay. There were also no extra garbage bags. The cabin was awesome and the view is amazing. Our family had a great time. We loved having the large yard for our dog to run around. The master bedroom bed and pillows were super comfortable. If you're looking for a secluded cabin, this isn't it though. There are cabins both directly above and below this one. It didn't bother us though, in fact, we had a good time with our cabin neighbors! One of the perks of having them close. Would definitely recommend this cabin!!

Weekend trip

Just a weekend trip to the mountains with the family. Great stay…cabin was spacious and provided all the needs of our family. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, video games). Maybe next time…we would definitely choose this cabin again.

dream cabin

Amazing views. Very steep mtn road could be bad if raining or snowing as far as getting in and out of cabin. Pool is six miles away from cabin. Overall cabin was great and would stay again.

Come prepared

The house and location are very nice, but the house had several cleanliness issues. The lower 12” of shower curtain was full of mold & mildew, a ton of dust under beds, range hood was partially cleaned leaving the rest caked with grease. Definitely come prepared because there is no dish soap even though they ask you to do the dishes. Bring your own laundry detergent,. If there will be more then 6 people staying here bring toilet paper because you will run out after a day and a half. All in all it’s a good place but needs another 10% to make it a great experience.

Great place for family getaway and relaxation

Our stay started off very rocky due to a winter snow/ice storm having just passed thru which made the cabin inaccessible for the cleaning crew as well as my family. Aunt Bugs Cabin management worked with us to get us into an alternative cabin as quickly as they could until ours became accessible. Once we arrived at our cabin (the roads getting there are a little overwhelming at times and moreso in the winter) we fell in love with it. It had anything and everything for each member of my family. It is just as beautiful as pictured. A few things needed attention to such as the master bathroom shower curtain, the hot tub was not clean and stained our clothes, the BBQ grill had empty propane tanks (2) and since it is pet friendly their were multiple rugs that we had to wash due to odor.

Smith Family Thanksgiving

The property was spectacular and accommodated our large group of 14 perfectly. The only issue with the property was that there was only 1 dish towel available and no pot holders. This made it difficult to cook and clean often. Our real issue was with Aunt Bugs. We tried to check in at 4 pm as stated online and were told that we would have to wait until 5:30 pm because prior tenants had trashed the place. They would not give us the actual address which we needed because 3 families were coming from different locations. We knew from the internet that it was on Majestic View Way so we mapped it and found the cabin. When we got there at 5 pm there was no one there so we assumed cleaning was complete. We called the manager for the code to the door and was told that due to the holiday, the cleaning crew had not been there yet and we would have to wait until 6:30 pm. This was unacceptable since they took our money on a holiday week. We finally got in at 6:30 tired and hungry but were pleased with the accommodations.

Great house, central location

This house was great, centrally located If you want to access different areas of the Smokies, Townsend, and Pigeon forge. Very clean, very nice furnishings, great outdoor spaces. Easily accessible. Our family loved the game room and hot tub. However, the house is located in a development and directly overlooks another house, which we weren’t expecting. Also, the pool pictured in the listing is not in the development but about a 15- 20 minute drive away and part of an RV park that was so crowded we didn’t even stop to check it out.
