Awesome House

We stayed here with our family of five and a large group of friends. Everyone had their own space which was amazing. The game room was the perfect space for us to hang out and my kids loved the hot tub. Having a restaurant next door was perfect after leaving hungry from a day of fun at Dollywood. Just overall an excellent place to stay and we will be back!

Perfect for company retreat

Samuel was an excellent, communicative host and could not have been more helpful and friendly. My team stayed here for a team building trip and was super impressed with how nice this place is. It was very clean and there is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Very pleased with this rental!

This home was perfect for our sibling & spouses vacation. We had a member of the family in a mobility chair & it was easy access for him in & out & to the restaurant next door. Very convenient! Owner was easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!

Super Stay

The location, furnishings, decor, and great communication from our host made our stay here terrific. We had 15 guests and everyone was very pleased with the beds and bathrooms. Everything in the house looked like a brand new renovation that was very well done and decorated. The furniture and finishes for every room were new and beautifully upscale. You can’t go wrong with this great place.

We loved the location and The Davis House was clean, spacious and beautiful. **Not the best stay** Unfortunately we did not have hot water 6 out of 7 days. Hosts would not approve the plumbers offer for temporary repairs for hot water heater so we was not able to take any hot showers. First couple of days we were told the water heater needed recovery time. They said, not everyone could take a hot shower at the same time instead of sending out a plumber immediately. Offered a 30% discount for inconvenience but that discount was only applied to part of the costs, they did not apply discount to the total purchase. When I questioned why they did not give the discount for the total amount I did not get a reply. The only other issue would be the Hosts asks that the A/C not to be set below 70 due to it might freeze up and if it did, guests would pay for repairs. We honored their rule but it was very hot upstairs for sleeping. Hosts asked us to leave a 5 Star review or no review at all but I did not think that was fair to ask because we felt the repairs could have been more timely to have the simple necessity of hot water but I did not hurt their 5 Star rating. I am sure they have the hot water heater now repaired which will make future guests stay wonderful but I believe our stay could have been handled better. Future guests will love the location, wonderful downtown area for walking and eating. The house was convenient with 6 of 9 bedrooms having Jack and Jill's for the kids.
