The cabin has 3 bedrooms and offers a pillowtop bed and a sofa bed. A kitchen comes with a fridge and an oven, and guests will also find upscale touches, such as a fireplace and a jetted bath.

Bright, airy three-story pine cabin with amazing views. Nicely appointed, very clean. The comfortable theater seating on the lower floor was a nice addition. We loved the peaceful, forested setting. Would stay there again. A special thanks to the host for her good communication.

Absolutely beautiful cabin

Family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kids pretty much took over the lower level and my hubby and I enjoyed the privacy of the loft area! This cabin was enjoyed and loved by all! We love the Wears Valley area! Would definitely stay here again!

Fall in the Mountains

The cabin we stayed in was very nice. The view was great. We had a couple of questions after checking in and Karen, the owner was very quick to respond and take care of our request. Enjoyed the fire pit and our time at this cabin.

Winter Get-Away

Perfect for our family of seven. Plenty of room. View from upstairs deck is AMAZING! Mountain range is beautiful with the blue smoky hue and frost. Kitchen and eating area are great! We were able to make large breakfasts and eat in every morning. My grandson lived the video game table. Great place. Highly recommend!

Mountain memories

The house is just as listed! So beautiful and peaceful! We had a great time and had plenty of space. Parking was a bit tight for our large pick up trucks but it was really a perfect property!

Great little get away

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. My husband and I stayed in the loft upstairs while our 4 kids loved piling into the bunk beds in the basement. We enjoyed movies in the theater space and the living room was warm by the fire. There were plenty of kitchen gadgets to cook family meals and the kids enjoyed exploring the woods outside. We liked the distance between both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The master shower felt a little tight so if you need a bit more space, you could feel confined. But the bathtub has ample room and the rest of the space was fine! We would stay here again.

Amazing rental

From check in to check out, this rental was everything we hoped it would be! The home was clean, fully stocked and very homey/comfortable for our family of 10. The views of the mountains were spectacular. The thoughtfulness in the details were perfect. We never felt like we needed anything more than was offered. Family vacation

Karen made it incredibly easy to communicate with her. Originally the plan was for my immediate family to stay and rather late minute my brother and sister-in-law had availability in their schedule to join us. I contacted Karen who promptly responded and updated our reservations to accommodate more guests. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. We wanted for nothing. My family had no complaints whatsoever and would gladly come back to visit. Karen, thank you for playing a large part in a great vacation for my family and extended family members. We had an absolute blast!!

Cabin was great. The view spectacular! Spent hours on deck enjoying view and peace and quiet.

The Ward’s were great. Provided detailed instructions for the cabin as well as a lengthy list of things to do in the area. Helped make our trip relaxing. Don called to make sure everything was ok once we were there which was comforting. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only other remark I would have is that we found bottle caps on the deck and the windows had finger prints all over them which clouded the beautiful view from inside the cabin. We also had to clean the refrigerator out before we could use it. Other than those MINOR items the cabin was clean and neat for our use. We would definitely work with the wards again in the future. The gulf shore sounds pretty awesome?!

Beautiful cabin, responsive and client-focused owner but needs new cleaning staff. Easy fix.

The cabin is well equipped and comfortable and included a lot of extras that were great- a welcome bottle of wine, loads of clean fresh towels, some coffee and sugar for the morning, little makeup remover wipes and local toiletries for the bathroom. Obviously the attention to these details reflect the owners desire to welcome their guests and go the extra mile. Much appreciated! Our kids enjoyed the game room and the hot tub and we all enjoyed hanging out on the decks taking in the view. The cabin is comfortable and well appointed. Unfortunately the cleaning staff had an off week or two- judging by comments written recently in the cabin's guest book by another guest. There was evidence of slipshod cleaning here and there but the biggest issue for us was there was even some personal bathroom trash by the bed which we ended up having to dispose of - even though my husband told the property manager and she came out that day to fix things- not cool. How the cleaning staff missed this when they changed the bedding is a mystery. The upside is that the owner was super responsive to these unexpected problems and very helpful! If it weren't for the cleaning problems then we would give this property 4 stars.

Beautiful views

Plenty of space, beautiful views, comfortable beds, and the showers (bath fitters and a little small) had great water pressure. I didn't give it a full five stars because the property could stand a deep cleaning - heavy dust behind the electronics, and on the ceiling fans. The laundry closet was a bit grimy as well. We also found trash under two of the beds and had to launder a set of sheets upon our arrival. To Don's credit, he called me and apologized - didn't refund any of the cleaning fee though. The property is showing some wear in a few areas, for example there's a dead rail on the pool table and the joy stick for the arcade game could be more responsive. Another surprise was the fact there was no insulation between the levels. My wife and I were in the loft and we could hear the arcade machine and pool table. We had to tip toe to the bathroom at night so we wouldn't wake our daughter in the second level bedroom. If I had a do over I would of taken the lower level bedroom with the hot tub. We didn't use the jet tube anyway. The house is in a good location to see the area and the Townsend entrance to the park is a big plus. Again, the family had a great time and it's a nice place to stay. Sitting out at night with a full moon looking over the mountains was spectacular as was relaxing in the hot tub after a long hike.

The house is amazing. Very clean and up dated. All the beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing. 3decks that you can see amazing views of the Smokey Mountains. The road up to the house is a little scary it’s a narrow road with steep drop off but the house is well worth the drive up. The owner was very accessible and helpful

We had a wonderful time. The owner was super communicative, which was very helpful in a few circumstances in which we needed some quick support (we accidentally tripped a breaker knocking out a lot of the power downstairs but couldn’t find how to get everything back up and running). The property itself was beautiful and spacious. We watched movies in the recliners, enjoyed the views from the porches and the kids absolutely loved the bunk room. Actually we did as well and ultimately ended up just camping out downstairs with them for the last night there. For location, it’s more secluded than most Gatlinburg houses we’ve stayed in, which we liked. Abt a 30 min drive to everything you need (Dollywood included), which we didn’t mind at all. It’s a great location and an easy drive up to the house. We also had a bear show up on the front porch our last morning there, which was the perfect end to our trip. It was a wonderful, long weekend away. We will definitely be back.

Beary wonderful stay and experience

The cabin was above our expectations, very clean, comfortable furniture, enjoyed the theater room and all of the other added amenities. This was a wonderful place to stay, especially having the unexpected visitors. We will be looking into staying here again for our annual trips. Thanks again for the memories.

Amazing getaway

Amazing View and Super Clean

This property provided a fabulous stay for our spring break trip. The view was amazing and everything was super clean. We spent our days out exploring the area and evenings at the cabin. The only downfall is that the WiFi is very spotty and streaming anything was nearly impossible, but I suppose that’s the trade off for the view! I’d recommend.

Family spring break

We had a wonderful time. The home was spotless with gorgeous views. The lower level is perfect for kids. Only small issue for improvement is the slow water draining in the main floor shower. We had a great time and would highly recommend.
