Great experience

We had a great time the check in process was good and an easy check out also when we need it was a easy simple text to them and within couple minutes we had everything we needed just a clean property and rooms nice view would highly recommend this place and yes I would love to stay here again in the future

Sevierville 2024

Great location with restaurants and convenience ti shopping. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms and furniture could use some updates. Check-in was a little much - We started the process at one counter to check-in, then moved to another 2 counters to get keys and map, the last counter turned out to be timeshare sales representative.

Property Mgmt Co not so good - Wyndham is Great

Property Mgmt Co, Chrissy, called me 3 days before we were due to arrive to tell me that there was a 50/50 chance we would be able to check in when we arrive. I was told that the Wyndham was not letting all renters into the condos. I had 2 people traveling half way across the US to meet for a girls trip having a reunion of some college friends. I was not happy and Chrissy kept trying to offer me a full refund. We didn't want a refund as too many people had too much money invested in this trip. I told her that we planned on making the trip as confirmed. We were all upset and worried not knowing if we were going to have a place to stay once we arrived. I was told that I would need the call Chrissy 15 minutes before check in so that they could switch the property into my name. I have used VRBO several times, but honestly, I thought it was some type of scam except for the phone numbers matched what was listed on VRBO for owners. While we were in route to Sevierville, we received a confirmation from WYNDHAM confirming my arrival and offering pre-registration. When we stopped, I call and did the pre-registration and there were no issues. We were even able to check in early when we got there. I inquired with Wyndham about this upon arrival and asked why they were turning some people away. Wyndham didn't know what I was talking about and they weren't too pleased that the property management company was doing this. We were pissed that we were put through the worry from Chrissy. The only thing we could figure is that is has to be very costly right now to disinfect everything and they didn't want to go through the additional expense. If that's the case, don't rent your property. The property itself is wonderful, clean, Wyndham was right there for anything we needed. I would use this property again if it was handled by Wyndham or another property management company. I am a meeting planner by trade and would be appalled to work with a company like this. It's a shame too because it is a wonderful and convenient place. Shame on you Chrissy!!

Poor customer service and dirty pool areas

The staff needs customer service training bad. The pool is not located on the same hill as the condo and it’s apparently an inconvenience to them if you ask to be shuttled back and forth. If you walk it you have to cross a danger hwy. Not ideal for a family with kids.

Spacious with great location

Space and amenities were great. Went to my daughters volleyball tournament at the convention center. Condo was centrally located but out of the main hustle and bustle! Condo is a little dated and sinks and toilets were short/low. Also, all TVs stated No connection. After 2 days 1 TV connected but only got 6 channels. Rooms were clean, condo was quiet, and dens were comfy. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Definitely recomend and would stay there again.

Bathroom Issues

The condo was nice however the toilets in both bathrooms were very hard to flush concerning us that they might break. These need to be looked into.

Smoky Mountains Club Wyndham never disappoints

I've stayed at the location a few times before and I keep coming back. The accommodations are top notch, near entertainment, shopping and dining.

Fall trip

Everything was very nice. It was a little confusing finding our room once we reached the right building but once we found it there were no problems. The kitchen could have been stocked with a few more bowls.
