Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale al primo piano. La posizione è perfetta: tutti i principali punti d'interesse di Siviglia sono raggiungibili a piedi in max 15 minuti. Il letto è comodo e l'appartamento è ben insonorizzato dall'esterno. Il kit di benvenuto è stato gradito: 2 capsule di caffè, 2 bottiglie d'acqua grandi, detersivi per piatti, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, più 2 mini shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono all'ultimo piano, sulla terrazza comune. Due aspetti da segnalare: i gradini delle scale sono poco profondi e vanno affrontati con cautela, soprattutto in discesa; si sentono inoltre i rumori provenienti dalle scale del palazzo. Le prese elettriche vicino al comodino non funzionavano, causando qualche disagio. Nel complesso siamo stati bene: la location è ideale per visitare Siviglia a piedi.

Everything was perfect until the morning we left. The cargo elevator stoped working. We called the elevator and waited for 20 minutes for it to come but nothing happened. So we had to carry down the huge luggages which took more time and energy and we were in a rush to catch a bus travelling to another place. It was 2 very high and steep stairs. This was the only bad experience.

Great location: walking distance to all the sights. There was even street parking if you had a car! Lovely flat overlooking busy square at junction of 3 streets. There are lots of cafes & bars below but the flat had good soundproofing so it was only a bit of an issue at the weekend. Everything was spotless and luxurious, however some things were hard to find as laundry facilities are in a cupboard on the roof! The street facing flats have lots of light and a long narrow balcony. It was lovely to let the fresh air in as I never got the hang of the air conditioner/heater. Nice roof terrace on 3rd floor accessible by the small, slow but very efficient lift. Note if you have mobility issues book flats on first floor as the stairs are very steep in most properties in Seville.

This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood. Be careful on the staircase. I would not recommend these units for older people or those with mobility issues. There is a small section of stairs that should have a handrail added for safety. Otherwise, we would stay here again!
