Angeles House, Amazing Cathedral Views from the private Terrace

Triplex at the center of Seville.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, big living room and a private terrace. The apartment can accommodate 4 persons.

This house belonged to Manuel Gonzalez Santos, one of the greatest painters of Sevilla in the XX Century, with exposed paintings in Museo del Prado.
The access to the apartment is by lift or stairs.

The apartment is fully equipped and you will feel like at home.

It has free WIFI, Apple TV and free Netflix for our guests.

It has 3 floors, on the first floor there is the kitchen (fully equipped), little toilet and the living room (with a big TV and Apple Tv).

On the second floor, there is the main bedroom which has on the ceiling an original painting made by the owner of the house, Manuel Gonzalez Santos.
The bed is king Size, 180x200cm. Close to this bedroom, there is a complete Bathroom.

On the Third floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and one complete Bathroom.

Here, on the third floor, there is the amazing cozy terrace where you will able to enjoy the best sunsets of the city!
Just sit and relax!


We offer a parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night, the parking is 9 minutes walking from the apartment. It is the closest parking to the historical pedestrian center. Because the house is just in the heart of the city old center.

The apartment is just in the heart of the city, you cannot be better located. It is perfect to discover the city just walking!
It is located close to the main attractions of the city such as The Cathedral, Alcazar Palace, Plaza de España, etc.

The area is full of bars and restaurants, however, the street where the apartment is located, Calle Ángeles, is a small pedestrian street where there are no bars, it is only residential and with very little traffic, so it is very quiet.

My husband, adult son and I spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment this spring. Check was easy. We had a slight issue with the digital entry but the landlord was immediately reachable and solved it on this pot. No fur5er issues after that. The roof top terrace was a real treat, providing beautiful views. The apartment is centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere.

Lovely 3 level apt, with nice terrace view

This was a fabulous location and we loved the terrace view of the cathedral tower. Great restaurants and sights in walking distance. Be mindful of the view into the lower level bathroom from the terrace! We hung a towel on the window to avoid views that family members might have trouble unseeing! Tiniest kitchen ever was functional for snacks, coffee, and laundry, but i wouldn't want to cook in it. I would stay here again.

Location location location

The check in process was easy, the location was perfect right in the heart of Seville a few steps from the cathedral. My only feedback is that the apartment is a little dated, not like the picture. The a/c in the master bedroom barely work and due to the fact that it was summer it was difficult to sleep. The parking was not included but available at an additional cost.

Seville sunsets

This historic apartment is in a wonderful location in old Seville. Very walkable with many restaurants and shops nearby and of course the church. The stairs are winding and quite steep, so if someone has knee problems I wouldn’t recommend. The views of the church bell tower at sunset from the rooftop terrace are magical. It was very nice to have a washing machine for laundry, however the refrigerator was not working during our stay which was disappointing. Once that is repaired I would definitely recommend this apartment without reservations.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Seville

The apartment is walking distance from all of the major attractions, with many restaurant options nearby. The apartment is spacious and very clean, and we appreciated the smart TV and dishwasher. We loved drinking cava on the roof deck. Elena was a warm and responsive host. This was a great base for our trip to Seville.

We just returned from ten days at Calle Angeles 3. In terms of location you could not ask for anything better. To get there was a bit of a challenge. If you are renting a car, park at Interparking Cano y Cueto. It is a 5 minute walk although we did not believe the route due to all of the cobblestone streets so ended up taking an Uber. Ubers cannot go as far so we had to walk with our luggage for the last block. My husband came a couple of days later, took a taxi and got much closer. The host is amazing. We struggled with the directions to get in, and she was completely available to help us. There is a small market around the corner for essentials. My daughter is studying abroad and her housing was a couple of miles away with a larger market so we stalked up there. The views from the roof top were amazing. It is a very walkable city from this location. If you are looking to immerse yourself into Seville this is the place.

Best terrace in the old city

The location of the apartment is perfect for seeing all of the sights of the old city and downtown Sevilla. It's easy walking distance to the historical sights, restaurants and flamenco theaters. Highly recommended and I can't wait to come back.

Very central and can walk anywhere in old town. Note there is parking but is about 10-13 minutes away. So roller bags are a bit rough to take due to cobble streets. This is a small issue compared to the views and location however.
