Good accomodation

It is a good apartment for a couple with two kids, since it has two bedrooms and the beds were confortable. The location is very good, near most of the city attractions. We can easily go to the Catedral, Las Setas,etc by foot in 15 minutes. It is in a quiet place, no bars/restaurants on the street, so we had no problem sleeping at night. It has the main utilities needed, like fridge, microwave, clothes washing machine, stove, were to hang your clothes to dry, hair drier. No coffe machine available, the only negative point for us, but it is nothing much important.. The person who made the check in explained us everything we needed. I reccomend it.

Eine Woche

Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und überwiegend ruhig. Modern eingerichtet. Am besten geeignet, wenn man ein intensives Sight-Seeing-Programm hat und ab und zu zwischendurch ausruhen möchte. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Good, but there were some quirks

This apartment has so much promise. It is VERY clean, new and spacious. It is also centrally located to restaurants, bars and the Cathedral. On the face it’s great. The quirks made it hard to love. We were there for 6 days.The first night we were there, the AC stopped working. We couldn’t open the windows because there was a large party of teens outside making a ton of noise. This was WELL past midnight. The next couple of nights we were able to open the windows at least and let a breeze in, but it was still too warm to sleep well. We contacted the management company and they sent someone out, but the issue was never resolved. The AC would randomly reset and come back on so we worked around it as best we could. Day 4, the hot water stopped working. We noticed a flipped breaker and notified the management company. They told us humidity might be the reason the breaker flipped. We flipped it back, but still no hot water. We took cold showers until we left two days later. Overall, I think this unit has electrical wiring issues. It’s a reno of an old building and getting things to work properly will be an ongoing challenge. The other comment I will leave here is about trash disposal. The can you have access to for trash disposal is TINY. Our last day there the can was full. You will need to empty your trash EVERY day to have it be small enough to fit in the receptacle. Overall,I really enjoyed Seviile. I just wish this place had been a bit more functional.

Böse Überraschung nach Abreise

Eine sehr gut gelegene und auch gut geschnittene Wohnung. Gute Einrichtung, ideal für einen Städtetrip. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung, haben uns komplett außer Haus versorgt. Der Kontakt über die Agentur verlief professionel , der Empfang war freundlich. LEIDER wird uns jetzt die Beschädigung eines Beistelltischchens vorgeworfen, was definitiv NICHT von uns zu verantworten ist. Das kleine Möbelstück muss schon vorher beschädigt gewesen sein und zum Verbergen der Beschädigung direkt an die Wand gerückt worden sein. Leider haben wir das dann wohl auch etwas verrückt , so dass der Reinigungskraft das dann mal aufgefallen ist. ALSO, beim Einzug sofort Beweisfotos machen und mit der Agentur einen gründlichen Rundgang machen. Jetzt haben wir den Ärger, obwohl wir uns NICHTS vorzuwerfen haben. Wir haben NICHTS zerstört. DEFINITIV NICHT!!!!

Un très bon accueil d’Ana. Chaleureux et efficace en français de surcroît. Propre pratique je recommande. Seul petit hic des travaux le matin tôt dans le callejòn. N’hésitez pas.

Convenient Location

This apartment was well situated to all we planned to visit and see. Very clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds, very efficient air conditioning. Our first time visiting Spain and it's possible that in this post-pandemic age, things have changed, but unlike our experiences in France and Italy, we found that laundry tablets are not provided, nor paper towels and minimal toilet paper. Be prepared to bring your own or buy it once you arrive. A half roll of TP for two women for three days doesn't go far enough, and paper towels in the kitchen would be helpful. I'm sure it differs from one owner to the next and a minor snag to say the least. Great communication from host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

El apartamento está bien, dispone de aire acondicionado y se encuentra a 12 minutos caminando del barrio de Santa Cruz. Lo malo es que si uno lleva vehículo no se puede aparcar en esas calles, reservadas a residentes. El parking más cercano cuesta 24 €uros al día. La calle más cercana de aparcamiento libre ea la Juan Antonio Cavesrany, a 10 minutos caminando.

Great location and wonderful service

We found Daniel the property manager to be absolutely fantastic. We had a problem during our trip and he was absolutely fantastic helping us. The apartment was clean and tidy. Fairly basic but great location. There was some building work near that looks fairly long term so if you don't mind fairly early mornings thats OK.

Spacious but Noisy

This rental is spacious & in a great location but the noise takes away from what it has to offer. There is a 2+ year renovation project going on virtually next door. Early Monday - Friday there will be significant construction noise. Jackhammers, drilling, power saws, cement mixers, workman yelling & City planners “meeting” right outside the 2 bedroom windows. (Host did not disclose this upfront when I booked for a month) The rental also sits in between the main entrance of the building & another so you can hear every resident’s entry & exit as the large metal doors slam shut. Also, city cleaners street sweep & pressure wash the cobblestones most nights between 11:30 & Midnight. If you are a light sleeper or have young children, this might not be a good fit. Basic noise from daily living is understandable. This significant level of noise really made it hard to rest after a great day of touring. Otherwise I would have rated it much higher. On a side note: Host did take a bag of donations to the Ukrainian church on my behalf which was amazing!
