Very friendly staff, central location. There was heavy rain while I was in Sevilla, my room was on the ground floor so moisture seeped up through the floor so the room was very damp.

The room, in general, and the bathroom, in a special way, must be clean - every day (and not every 3 days) - more accurating. For the rest, the Hotel is ok.

Hotel bien situé

Nous y avons passé 4 nuits, la chambre était au RdC la n°4 très spacieuse. Par contre il ne faut pas être regardant sur la poussière et les moutons sous le lit. La salle de bain vieillotte, la baignoire était même rouillée. L'isolation entre les chambres était faible, nous entendions un voisin ronflé, et une école de musique juste à côté de l’hôtel... Par contre cet hôtel est très bien placé 1/4 d'heure à pied du centre historique. Pas de petit déjeuné pas gênant car il y a ce qu'il faut pas très loin. Le personnel très sympathique. Globalement cet hôtel est bien.

Muy buena ubicacion y atencion del personal

Esta a distancia de caminar de practicamente todas las cosa que hay que ver y hacer en la ciudad o de las lineas de transporte que te llevan a los puntos un poco mas alejados. Todo el personsl de atencion de los huespedes es sencillamente EXELENTE!! La atencion de las habitaciones dejo que desear, debe mejorar tanto el aseo como el mantenimiento.

Posizione buona,zona tranquilla.

Albergo a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale cortese. Camera pulita. Unico appunto è per un pò di odore che pare provenire da uno scarico e che talvolta si percepisce passando nel corridoio se si alloggia nelle due camere in fondo al piano terra. Però nessun probema o cattivo odore percepito all'interno delle stanze,che sono tenute sempre molto pulite. Il personale pare conscio del problema e si adopera per minimizzarlo. Struttura con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo,comodo al centro a piedi. Consiglio se possibile di chiedere di non alloggiare nelle due camere al piano terra se si ha l'olfatto particolarmente sensibile.

Hotel is oke, prima locatie. Lopend afstand naar cathedral, place de espana, en winkelcentrum. Kamer is een beetje oud. Vriendelijk staff, maar slecht Engels. Vooral die in de nachtdienst zitten.

Goed hotel in het centrum

Kamer (105) is eenvoudig en ruim. De bedden zijn goed. Jammer dat er soms een rioolgeur in de badkamer is. De voegen van het bad en tegels mogen wel eens ontschimmeld worden.

La permanenza nell'albergo è stata "breve ma intensa" nella peggiore accezione possibile. La stanza al piano terra era umida e sporca, nonostante avessi prenotato una doppia con matrimoniale ci hanno assegnato una stanza con due letti singoli senza possibilità di cambiarla (erano al completo). durante la notte un corto circuito nella nostra stanza ha fatto esplodere i faretti e il mio caricabatterie lasciando un odore di bruciato nella stanza. Dopo le lamentele e aver chiamato il direttore, scocciato ci ha trovato una stanza in un altro albergo (pagata da noi) con la promessa di restituirci il denaro della stanza nella sua struttura. Sono passati tre giorni e questi soldi ancora non sono arrivati. Evitate questo albergo perchè oltre alla posizione non possiede nessunissima qualità.

idéalement situé

chambre spacieuse avec climatisation un peu bruyant comme tous les hôtels (porte pas bien isolé) et nous étions à côté de l'ascenseur ce qui n'arrangeait rien. hôtel idéalement situé. dans rue et quartier calme, proche toutes activités et restaurants. nous avons tout visité à pieds sans fatigue. petit déjeuné pris dans le restaurant à l'angle de la rue - rapport qualité prix parfait

Hôtel très bien situé

Hôtel très bien situé (300 m du Metropol Parasol, proximité des rues piétonnes et commerçantes qui mènent en 10 minutes à la cathédrale. Il y a aussi une station de taxi à coté de l'hôtel et des arrêts de bus). Chambre spacieuse (suite junior) exactement comme sur les photos. Le seul petit bémol : la salle de bain est un peu vieillotte avec une tuyauterie bruyante. Par contre, rien à dire concernant la propreté. Le personnel est très sympa et disponible pour donner de bons conseils ou réserver des activités (bus touristique par exemple). Dommage que certains ne parlent qu'espagnol et pas anglais, ce fut quelques fois difficile de se comprendre (par contre, il y a une femme qui parle très bien Français). L'accueil est ouvert jusqu'à minuit, donc pratique en cas d'arrivée tardive. Pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. On nous a conseillé une boulangerie prés de l'hôtel (Granier) qui propose des petits déjeuners très bons et pas chers (viennoiseries, pains grillés, jus d'oranges pressées ...). Hôtel idéal pour les personnes désirant visiter Séville sans prendre les transports en commun. Bref, je recommande cet hôtel.

Sehr nettes Personal - sprechen auch Englisch. Zimmer groß & bequem. Sehr gute Matratzen. Max 15 min bis zur Kathedrale. 5 min bis zur Einkaufsstrasse :)
