Duplex Apartment with two floors. Exterior windows. Ground floor comprises lounge, kitchen and bathroom. conpone floor are three bedrooms, two singles and a double bed, bathroom with sink two breasts.
The apartment is on the ground floor a few meters and only five minur¡tos walk to cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, leisure centers, shops, etc.
In Easter season even some of the city's cofradias can be enjoyed from the apartment's own window. VFT / SE / 01399

This place was in a GREAT location. We walked to everything. Because it was on a narrow street and the common space was downstairs, it was always dark. It could have had more warm lighting and a few decorative touches to add some warmth. The shower downstairs was unusable. It flooded into the hallway. With 6 of us there, we could have used a second shower.

This apartment was in a fabulous location! Close to many attractions, restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. Nice decor. Communications with the host were prompt and easy. We didn’t really cook much, but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. We used only one of the 3 bedrooms, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved having 2 bathrooms. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Juan Antonio, el propietario atiende las peticiones en la medida en que dependen de él y ha sido un punto importante en que todo saliera estupendamente. El anuncio se corresponde con la realidad. Hemos estado dos noches y la ubicación es perfecta, silencioso aunque estás en el centro de Sevilla. No hemos podido disfrutar de la cocina pero es grande. Las camas cómodas. Lo recomiendo.

Not what I expected

This property was not what I expected. When we first arrived I opened the fridge and it was dirty. I cleaned it thinking ok maybe somebody forgot. The windows were all opened to allow fresh air. The issue is because it is at ground level the noise is intense. When you close the windows the noise goes away, which is great, but the problem is the smell from the sewer drains is awful. The shower in the downstairs bathroom leaks so much that it was unusable unless you wanted to clean up and mop a bunch of water everytime. So to advertise this as two showers is a bit false. I notifed the owner who said the syphons in the drains dont work. So we covered all the drains with wet towels whiched helped, but for Vrbo to give this a premiere host rating felt misleading. We have used that rating and so far all, but this place have deserved it. The extra guest charge was also a bit high when the bathroom downstairs was really just a half bath and not suitable for two couples.

Great location and lots of room

Overall, we had a great time in Seville. The neighborhood is where we like to stay. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. Checkin was straight forward. Only one thing to consider, there is a lot of street noise at night so bring ear plugs.

Great location

Our stay was great. The place was clean and very well situated. Communication with regards to check-in was great. My only complaint was that you could not heat the main room at the same time as getting breakfast ( boiling water & using microwave) as the power went out. As this is mostly below ground it was extremely dark and difficult to find a light source in order to turn the power back on by locating the electrical panel.

Nice, but old, apartment

The apartment is nicely located and I had a good experience communicating with the property manager. However, the property is old and we could not run too many appliances at the same time otherwise it would cause a short circuit. Additionally, the hot water capacity is limited so with the four of us, we all had to take very quick showers to conserve the hot water.

Great location!

Great apartment overall. Only a couple of negatives: stairs were a bit scary with no handrail and in the bedrooms you could hear the people walking in what sounded like high heels! Other than that it was great!

This was on a quiet side street so not much road noise. The basement apartment lacked natural light so it felt claustrophobic. The lighting inside is very corporate and intense….. nothing cozy about this place. The lower bathroom had a very small leaky shower that caused big puddles and was a slipping hazard.

Perfect location!!

This apartment is centrally located within walking distance to everything that you want to see. The air conditioners in each bedroom which was a big plus! There’s a plaza across the street with the best tapas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location in Seville

Alfalfa is a lovely neighborhood with many plazas and stores/restaurants, yet the apartment is on a side street that is fairly quiet. And it is surprisingly close to all the important attractions: 10 -15 minute walk to everything. We are two retired couples and would stay here again. Listing is accurate.

Couldn't have been more kind

Not only is this house gorgeous and in an absolutely beautiful area, but the host was the best we could have ever expected. I was robbed on our last day in the city and they took the keys to the apartment. Juan and his wife were so kind and apologetic even though it was my fault and not theirs. They helped us quickly and changed the locks the same day. Its so nice to know there are such good people out there. Highly recommend anyone stay here!
