Spacious apartment with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which are en suite, located on the well-known Almansa street in the Arenal neighborhood.

The apartment features a large living room with stunning decor including a chandelier, a comfortable sofa, side tables, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. Natural light floods in through a large window, and there is a small loft area serving as a workspace with a desk and chair.

The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The four bedrooms provide comfort and style: the first has a double bed, en suite bathroom, and wardrobe; the second includes a double bed, en suite bathroom, and a small loft as a relaxation area; the third offers two single beds, a loft-style resting area, and a shower integrated into the room; the fourth bedroom has two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, and plenty of natural light.

Located in the Arenal neighborhood, a great area of Seville with numerous shops and bars, the apartment is within walking distance of the city’s main monuments. Its central location and amenities make this apartment an excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Seville.
