An utterly beautiful hotel.
The staff were just amazingy friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the food was exceptional.
The facilities were also fantastic The pool - which has a great balance of shaded and full sunshine sun beds- was a godsend when it got hot!
All in all the perfect place to stay in Seville.
An amazing hotel which i would definitely recommend.
The room was beautiful but the air-con was not the best.
Amazing staff who couldn't do enough for you.
Amazing and beautiful historic building but with modernised fittings with really helpful staff and great facilities.
And all the key historic sites are within an easy walk of the hotel
Phenomenal experience. Finest hotel I’ve ever stayed in by a good measure. Staff went extra mile to help. Stunning facilities, location cannot be bettered.
Amazing!! Staff are excellent efficient and fast, hotel is spectacular! Walking distance to everything, concierge is outstanding and front desk staff top notch , would not stay anywhere else !!
The staff were the stand-out aspect right across the stay. The room was very clean but a bit on the small side. The breakfasts were excellent but dining options later in the day were less exciting. They hotel has a 'guest ambassador' which I thought was a great idea'
