The house was beautiful and well-equipped, decorated with wonderful taste. The kitchen and bathrooms were new and convenient, and the layout allows both privacy and togetherness. Everything was spotless. And the host responded immediately to every message and was welcoming and helpful.

Alejandra was an excellent host, answered all our questions in a timely manner. Kitchen had everything you needed. Across the street, there is a market where you cab buy basics. Neighborhood was lovely. It is walking distance to cathedral. Having parking and a beautiful terrance made it even better. There are a number of steps up to the second bedroom and terrace, we had no problem but some may.

Charming house close to all Seville attractions.We were impressed about the inside of the house, the art and attention to details. The house have a beautiful terrace with an amazing view.Everything was clean and we have all we need.It was 20 min walking to Seville attractions. We loved that we have a grocery store close to the house where you can buy all you need.I have to mention that the Alejandra the host made us feel right at home and took good care of us. She was waiting for us at home and was very informative, she is a very kind and wonderful person. The checkout was so easy, Alejandra kindly come to say goodbye to us.Thank you, Alejandra for making our vacation so special.

Great base to explore Seville and surrounding area

Property is in the historic downtown area, in the Macarena neighborhood.We traveled with a family of 4 including two teenagers aged 16 and 17. The check in was very easy, the owner, Sra. Alejandra, who lives next door contacted us ahead of arrival so she could show us everything once we arrived. House had plenty of space, everything in great shape, very complete kitchen setup, secure indoor parking about 3 mins to walk. A couple of points to be aware of:1. Since this house is within the old town, most streets are one way and very narrow, so do not get the XXL rental car update, you'll regret it.2. The house is set up verically over three levels, wasnt any issue for us but for someone with mobility issues or smaller kids the stairs may be a bit much (or an accident waiting to happen)All the tourist attractions in the center are about a 15-25 minute walk away.

Great Stay in Seville

The property is great. Much nicer and bigger than the pictures suggest. We were a couple and a cousin and we had plenty of space since the apartment is on several levels. Also, it was big enough that we all managed to coexist under one roof during a crazy heat wave. Alejandra is wonderful and she made sure we could park and helped us when we left. Great apartment in a great location.

Friendly host and very nice appt.

We had a very nice stay in a beautifyl appt. The host was enormous willing and informative. Rhe only thing is. The landlord only speaks french or spanisch. The rooms very spacieus and clean. Prety near the center of the old town. Everything within walking distance. Absolute reconmandation.

Two gems in one place - the apartment and Alejandra. Great location and lovely clean apartment. Alejandra was helpful informative and also always quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. She even organised our taxi to the station on last day. Definitely recommend.

Seville: 2 Couples, 5 nights

Personally greeted by Alejandra and shown the apt and parking, a short distance away. No need to drive from this great location as all is close and very walkable inside the old walls. Close to everything- groceries, bars and cafés. 2xBR over 3 levels. Alejandra even help book our first night resto just down the street.

Beautiful home in a great location

The home was very clean with beautiful updates and decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was small but well equipped. The owner was very helpful and kind. Everything looks like the pictures. The only thing I would want people to be aware of is that this home has multiple levels with some steep and open stairs which would be unsafe for small children or elderly people with arthritic knees.

Alejandra’s Vrbo is just beautiful

The property is immaculate. Several levels, many stairs. Beautiful floors, windows onto the street, a terrace—perfect for Semana Santa (although I shouldn’t advertise that, since we want to come back). Two bedrooms, two baths, a small but adequate kitchen, a lovely, tasteful sitting area. Excellent art on the walls. Alejandra is gracious and solicitous, providing us with many informative flyers and maps—not to mention the well-stocked kitchen. We mentioned to each other many times how lucky we were to have found this lovely place. Thank you Alejandra!

Wow! Well located walking distance to everything!

Wow well located in heart of all attractions. Walking to every visiting site no need for taxis. The place is nice and clean. When you using the room upstairs there’s a few stairs to climb. The terrace is nice and full sun if you want or dhade that can be used. Alejandra was very helpful and available all the time. She explained must see’s and gave us directions, maps, cost sheet, etc. Totally recommend!

Wonderful stay in Seville

Alejandra's apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Seville. We were 4 adults, travelling by car, and very much appreciated the included garage space. The apartment is tastefully decorated and looks out over a 13th century church. The rooftop terrace was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped. Only one caveat, those with mobility issues will have difficulties, as the apartment has many levels to climb. We loved ut!

Lovely apartment in Seville

The apartment has so much Spanish charm and is decorated beautifully. It is located near 3 gorgeous old churches. It is also very near the wonderful restaurant Contenedor. It is a nice walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the parking was convenient as well. The hostess was wonderful and even though we spoke no Spanish we we able to communicate well

Excellent Location, and Spotlessly Clean!

Alejandra was such a gracious host. Very proactive and responsive. Her place is very central within old Seville and easy walking distance to everything you might want to see. Alejandra's place is also spotlessly clean and shows pride of ownership as well. It was very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, and this was a minor issue for my elderly mother-in-law, so she was not able to enjoy the terrace. Also, be sure to bring your own ground coffee (no grinder or drip coffee maker), if you want coffee in your room - however there is a great local cafe right outside your door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
