Hotel was in the heart of Seville. Very convenient and the staff made you feel like Royalty I would highly recommend this property. Also if you know about Nobu restaurants around the world this is Nobu hotel and has Nobu restaurant inside the property for dining options

We had a beautifully-designed suite (207) and would call particular attention to the lighting which was relaxing and well-balanced. The Japanese restaurant was, unexpectedly, one of our better meals in Spain. Staff was motivated, professional and cheerful. Center city location was perfect. Nobu ticked all the boxes.

Beautifully renovated hotel. The staff is very kind, gave us a nice tour of the hotel too. We only needed to stay for one night, but would have definitely stayed longer. The rooftop is a nice plus, has great views of the sunset.

I would like to say that my wife and I are fortunate to travel a lot. That being said this place totally stands out as one of the most customer centric places i have ever stayed at. The level of attention given to us what outstanding, from Dayron mixing fabulous drinks to Christina serving us at the breakfast. Neil, Fernando and Ignacio at the concierge desk are just are a few more names. If you want to stay in a great place and feel like the staff cares about you, I strongly suggest you give the Mercer Plaza Sevilla 5 GL a visit. The rooms are nice, the place is clean and what makes the real difference is how committed they feel to making your stay great.

We had the most incredible stay at the Mercer Plaza Sevilla. The property is amazingly well located, walking distance from everywhere, the staff were incredible, super helpful and providing the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel in Europe and the rooms are lovely. We stayed at the Mercer suite, a 2 floor apartment overlooking the central square, and it was an absolutely memorable stay. We hope to be back soon!
