Room was very clean and spacious, beds were reasonable comfortable. The location was convenient and safe. Washing machine was a good plus for us. Only downside was that one small bed in one of the rooms was next to window that was very bright at night because that curtain couldn't block the street light. Overall we like our experience very much.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend und die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig und von außen war kein störender Lärm zu hören. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist allerdings die Hellhörigkeit des Apartments. Wenn die Nachbarn etwas lauter sind oder beispielsweise Stühle verrücken, ist das deutlich zu hören. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

The property is close to everything we wanted to see, and we could easily walk to restaurants, the cathedral, the Mantones Juan Foronda store, and the Flamenco Museum. The two bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and extra comforters were provided. We especially appreciated the full-size bath towels and the spacious bathrooms. Having a full-size refrigerator and a washer was also very convenient. Check-in is available only during certain hours of the day, but it was easy to reach the manager by calling the phone number listed on the door keypad. I really liked the place and would definitely stay here again!

Very ideal location in the heart of Seville. Walkable to every place. Rooms are spacious and amenities provided. Staff is available during the day hours however ample service directions are provided for self-check in. The place is not drivable so may need walking to get it from transit or nearby street with access. Overall stayed here twice and highly recommend it for the convenience!

This place was amazing! We are a family of 6 and we all loved it. Right in the cultural center and so beautiful. It had everything we needed in the apartment and was super clean! We also were able to stay a few hours after check out for a small and very reasonable fee which worked perfectly for us!

Excellent property right in the heart of old Seville, the apartment was clean and well maintained, looking as if had been renovated in the last few years. The staff were really helpful, especially as our travel plans were impacted by significant rail disruption meaning were delayed a day arriving. The kitchen was basic, a microwave combi grill and a double hob, not really anything you could cook anything substantial but functional for what it was. Our only advice is under no circumstances think you can drive your hire car to the apartment, the streets are one-way and incredibly narrow, and we only discovered this after it was too late, taking over 20 minutes of tyre squeaking and near paintwork scratching to get out again, HUGE mistake! Apart from that it's a beautiful set of apartments, right near the cathedral and shops, highly recommended.

We stayed at several places during our trip to Spain and truly I think this place was the best.The apartment suite we stayed in was perfect for our family and the on-site manager was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. The location was great, within a short walk to the Alcåzar and cathedral.
