This splendid apartment is located on Calle Arfe, in the traditional Arenal neighborhood, right in the heart of Seville. The area is known for its charm and lively atmosphere, surrounded by typical restaurants, tapas bars, and small shops offering local handmade products. The Cathedral and the Giralda are just a few meters from the apartment, as well as other landmarks like the Alcázar and the Maestranza Bullring.

The apartment is elegant and bright, featuring two small soundproofed exterior balconies that open to a spacious, comfortable, and light-filled living room. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, another sofa, and a beautiful dining area with a table for up to six guests. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has one double bedroom with a king-size bed, overlooking a peaceful interior courtyard with greenery, and one exterior single bedroom. Additionally, there is a full bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

A staircase leads to a large private terrace, furnished with elegant garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying exclusive views of the Giralda and the Cathedral. The terrace is ideal for spending a pleasant evening outdoors.

Clean and conveniently located!

The apartment was very clean and within walking distance of many sights. The hosts were reliable and responsive. The only issue we had was the slow internet. Otherwise, great place.
