Excellent communication from the owners throughout. Apartment clean and well equipped. Although not in the centre, the apartment was really well positioned and it took about 15mins to walk into the main shopping streets

This was my third time staying at San Clemente House. It’s the perfect apartment away from home. So much better than a hotel room and a great value for the price. I will definitely return on my next trip to Seville!

Nice apartment

Apartment was basic but comfortable. Barrio nearby is great. Besides the slamming of doors, the location is quiet. It’s difficult to close front door to property without slamming. On day of reservation and thereafter, communication was superb.

Quiet building and at the same time a fantastic location near a lively square with many very good tapas bars and restaurants. A mix up about the number of beds in our unit was addressed quickly by the property manager.

Positives - Lovely spacious apartment & good communication from hosts. Nice area with lots of bars & restaurants around & about a 20 min walk in to the centre. Negatives - We were ground floor & it was noisy! The apartment above us were very loud & we could hear pretty much everything to all hours!

Fun place to stay. Air conditioning nice to have and kitchenette handy. In the middle of old neigjborhood so immersed in the local activities. Square nearby with lots of places to eat and activity. Good place to taking walking adventures to the other old neighborhoods and the sites of Seville. Parking tricky so if you have a car have a plan of where the garages are before you arrive. This was a great place for us to explore the city.

Could be better

The apartment had not been cleaned properly, dusty surfaces and bedding felt used. A small wardrobe but no hangers to put clothes on. No essential items in kitchen like salt oil etc and no tea towels or washing up liquid for dishes. Although a dishwasher , not enough pots to use it daily. In a good location for Seville though.

Nice stay

Overall, our stay was excellent. We felt the area was very convenient for walking to all the major sights. The place was comfortable for 3 people. Our biggest issue was check in was complicated and stressful. We were not given enough information ahead of time and were scrambling to provide passport numbers immediately before trying to get the code to check in Additionally it would have been helpful to have the sheet of directions inside the apartment written in English as well as Spanish Maybe it was us, but it honestly took us 5 minutes to figure out how to get out of the building (you needed to push what we thought was a button for a light) to open the door.

Overall very nice stay

Very nice room and overall experience. But there are a few things client need to pay attention to before booking ( I wish I knew ahead of time): 1. There are no shampoo, shower gel, which was super surprise to me these essentials are not offered. I understand there is no detergent even there is washer in the apartment, but no shampoo and shower gel? Hmmmm. 2. There is no elevator. Our room is on 2nd floor (European 1st floor). 3. Hotel staff gives out the passcode right before arrival, which I liked it, since it is safe for the client. Make sure you have internet connection to get the code through WhatsApp.

The location is far from the city center and there was no public transportation, you needed to walk 30 min or take a taxi. A big problem for us was the AC as it will turn off in the middle of the night and we kept waking up drench in swear, we got devoured by the mosquitos as the cleaning lady left the windows open and they don’t have screens, nor we noticed until late at night. Also there was tons of flies outside at the entrance in the courtyard. The apartment itself was nice but felt a little dated. Because the main attractions and restaurants are in the center, I would not stay here again.

Be careful you must speak Spanish if you want ever

Only good for those who can speak Spanish. There is no check -in counter. So if the electricity is out in the middle of the night, you have to call the front desk. However !! If you speak English, the woman just hang up the phone because she can only understand Spanish. Then you have to stay the night without charging the phone, cannot see anything in the bathroom, with heating, cannot drink hot coffee. And there is no compensation.

I would definitely recommend it!

A very pleasant apartment located in a very nice neighbourhood, close to Alameda de Hércules (a 5 minute walk) and the city centre (a 20 min. walk). This two-room apartment makes you feel at home, and has all the necessary amenities for spending a great time in Seville. There were only two minimal issues. I arrived to the apartment and I hadn't yet received the instructions to enter the property. So, I had to look for a nearby business where I could spend some time to communicate with the administrators. After about 15-20 mins. I managed to get hold of them and they kindly provided me with the entry code, so I could access the building and apartment. And, the second issue, was that during one of the nights in which I stayed here, people in the apartment directly above were making noise until 1:30 AM! I had to knock on their door to ask them to stop the party they were holding there, so we could finally sleep. Aside from these two issues, it was a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it!
