"Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. "Overall, we loved our stay! There were little things we noticed that we hope you can improve on. We would've liked more toiletries, towels, a wine cork screw opener (I had to purchase one on my own when it should've been provided after the price we ended up paying) and the hot tub needed to be hotter. ..."
