This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great.

Comfortable, cute and quiet space for a family stay. Shoreline of the lake is an easy 150-m walk and is gorgeous. Only recommendations for improvement would be a second mirror somewhere outside the single bathroom and some night-lights for navigating the stairs in the dark.

J'ai trouvé, bien rénové mais petit. C'est bien pour une nuit. La douche est en haut près de la chambre mais la toilette est en bas. Le lit est confortable L'extérieur manque d'amour.

En skuffende oplevelse da annoncen indikere forholdsvis ny lejlighed i billedmaterialet men lejligheden bar præ af at være slidt og mangelfuldt. Huld og skader på bordplade, på sofaen, på lampeskærm og væg. Emhætten hang. Spisebordret slidt. Sengene er uden sengegalvl og står tilfældig i rummet. Når sovesofaen er foldet ud er der svært at komme omkring spiseborderet. Haven lå ved de andre lejligheder så ved brug af haven sider man kun i liggestole og kigger ind i de andres lejligheder/terrasser. Den terrasse der var tilknyttet lejligheden lå under stort træ og nedfald fra træet var overalt på terrassemøblerne. Vil forslå at træet beskæres.

L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione. E' situato in una zona tranquilla di Sevrier vicino alla pista ciclabile con disponibilità di parcheggio. L'alloggio è piccolo, disposto su due piani, ma con tutto ciò che è necessario. Abbiamo gradito molto anche il giardino condominiale, dove è possibile anche mangiare e rilassarsi. Qualche problema di comunicazione per il check-in ed un problema con le chiavi che si è verificato durante il soggiorno che non è stato risolto.

Résidence très bien située peu après Annecy (ville) au calme avec vue sur les montagnes .Belle terrasse. Tout est accessible très facilement , navettes et pistes cyclable à proximité . Accès lac au centre aviron en face . La résidence possède 2 canoë . Commerces à proximité .
