“The check in process and communication with the owner was a breeze. Thanks Cynthia. One thing that bothered us were light switches which felt like we were puzzles to find them. There is a plank sticking out on the floor in the room downstairs that hurt a family member so bad that he was bleeding. Please consider fixing that to avoid future accidents. Also please have a sign in the bathroom to turn on water heating using the switch in the room prominently displayed. Some of us are new to this and……

“This place had so much charm! It was our first trip to Alaska and we will definitely be back! The place was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The coffee in the morning was nice and the fans were a great noise barrier since we were downtown. The curtains were a nice touch to block out the light so we could sleep. The host was very responsive and check in was super easy. We loved this rental!”
