“First time at the Tru brand and it was great very clean. Staff was great wll be using the brand in the future.”

“Cozy place with great location for hiking at Grayson Highlands. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator was very noisy.”

“Bathroom was dirty. The floor in front of the window was soaking wet - we had to change rooms. We were at breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end but was told they were out of fruit and out of other things. Poor selection of breakfast items. Overall, the place looks old and tired and the staff reflect that.”
