「Staff were very courteous and professional. Bed platforms were annoying due to extended length beyond the mattress and can cause painful bumping with your feet-toes.」

「The room was very nice, clean and spacious. It’s a shame they allow smoking in the casino. If you’re not a smoker, it makes it unbearable and there is only a tiny space available for non-smokers. I would not return because of the smoke so will continue going to Harrah’s in Cherokee which I think is a better option anyway. The Asian restaurant in the hotel is absolutely terrible. The food was inedible. The hotel staff are amazing and were super helpful.」
