"It is a great place. The location was convenient and the grounds beautiful. The owner Doug, was very helpful and interesting to talk with. If we ever get near there again we will definitely stay again. So gorgeous with the cabins, creek, trailer and camp sites. "
"Our family of 11 had an awesome time here. The view from this property is spectacular! We spent hours on the balcony over looking the lake. The bbq was a plus. There is a firepit area where the grandkids enjoyed roasting marshmellows. This area also over looks the lake. The house is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Lots of kitchen utensil, pots, pans, grills, dishes etc. It is a short walk to lake access. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice place!"
"This was my second trip to Philipsburg and I’ll have to say I was so pleasantly surprised with this property. The location was just up the hill from the main part of town, walkable although probably not late at night as there are few street lights along that pathway up the hill. The second floor unit is bright and roomy for 2 couples to share, and the large deck overlooks town with stunning views of that Montana open sky and mountains. We spent the mornings on this deck! The unit was tastefully decorated and the Kitchen well equipped, it was nice that there were some condiments in the fridge so we didn’t have to buy too many things at the local grocer. All check-in and check-out instructions were conveyed easily and promptly and the host checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory during our stay. The last couple of days were pretty warm, but even without A/C, the ceiling fans and keeping the windows and sliding doors open, circulated the air enough to keep the place cool. The only single comment, is that there is no mirror in one of the bathrooms, however the bedroom across the way did have full length mirrored wardrobe closets. We really enjoyed our stay at the Scenic Ridge Retreat, I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Philipsburg."

"Responsive management company - house was perfect for our getaway. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and tools needed. Two kitchen knives available, both dull however. Bathroom was great and the beds comfortable. "
"When I tell you, I did not want to leave… I did not want to leave! We have stayed at several places throughout our travels and this was such an incredible place to relax and unwind. The home was immaculate, the location was so beautiful, our host was fantastic with communication and I could not have asked for a better place to have stayed for our anniversary. If I could rate it more than five stars, I would. "
