“Listing said 3 queen beds, twin sofa, twin futon, sleeps 11. In reality it has 3 queen beds, no twin sofa, no futon and sleeps 6. In addition the place is in the hood, cars driving by with bass blaring with headlights off. Also, place is pet friendly but the fence has multiple holes that a dog can escape from. I complained and the hosts now changed the listing to sleeps 9. How do 9 grown adults sleep in 3 beds? Complete disaster as I had to make other sleeping arrangements for the reat of……

“We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. ”
