"This was an amazing rental property in Little egg Harbor Township! There was every attention to detail for whatever was needed for a rental, amazing accommodation, amazing location, and great communication between guest and host. The location is on a beautiful section of bay in the area, and there were lots of interesting attractions around that area in case the weather did not cooperate. "The town house was new. The biggest problem was the heat the furnace was upstairs where the bedrooms are. The living room and kitchen were cold, and it was extremely hot upstairs and there was only one zone. Also, no shades or curtains except in one bedroom and they were shear, we felt exposed. The primary bedroom had no pillowcases and we only had two bath towels. Suggestion put a gas heater in the living room. Overall it looked worn."

"We had an amazing stay at the quiet cabin. Jim & Effie were great hosts.Jim was even got my shy teen to come out of his shell alittle by the end of our stay! Jim greeted us with fresh eggs and muffins we took a tour of the trails on the property our pups loved the space to run and play even taking advantage of some swim time at the pond on the property.
