“The property was good for a one-night stay during our Route 66 trip. The lobby area did not give us a good impression. We arrived around 4:00 PM and the breakfast area was not cleaned up from that morning. The room was clean and I appreciated that laundry facility on site.”
“There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for somebody to come up to assign me a room.
Once I entered that room, I found 3 cockroaches on the carpet inside the room.
I went back to the front desk and the same person that checked me in was not there anymore, the young female had left for the night and there was a young male. that did not know how to operate the computer system to find me another room.
So I went ahead and cancel the reservations through……
“Very old furniture. They are renovating so I hope they change them. Phone rang twice in the middle of the night so it had to unplug it since it would only ring once bit woke us up. They person they put above us sounded like they were going to come through the floor. Sheets felt like they still had soap residue. So it's okay for a night.”
