My room (no 3) had been totally renovated and was spotlessly clean. The evening meal at the hotel restaurant was also very satisfactory and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I stayed two nights and can’t complain about anything. I knew it was a low budget hotel and couldn’t expect luxuries. However, it was clean, nice bedding, my room was very quiet. Decent shower. I didn’t need anything more than this. A very special shout out to all members of staff who serve breakfast. They are very friendly, and work tirelessly. I’ve never been served so quickly anywhere else! Sadly I don’t know the names, but there is a fantastic lady who worked this weekend and a young man as well. Thank you!! One more thing, the coffee is really nice as well as the full English breakfast.

Stayed for one night and was ok. Location is good, beach within 10min and close to Shanklin Centre, in a quiet neighborhood The room and hotel is quite out-dated in general, and the room walls are paper-thin, you can hear the noises from bathrooms/ people talking in other rooms. There is no elevator and the staircases are all narrow and some uneven. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on food. The food hygiene rating is 4 stars as far as I noticed. It was ok for a one night stay, but would not recommend if you have mobility issues/big luggage cases

The hotel is dated but the staff were friendly on arrival and during breakfast. The room was clean, just dated. Bed a bit soft but difficult to please everyone. Great location and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was adequate and the lady who served us was super helpful as we had a young child with us.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good service. Maybe the exterior could do with a lick of paint, but overall I had no problems and would definately recommend.
