Non andate in questo hotel, è terribile, ogni volta che ho mangiato il cibo sono stata male per ore ed ore, non hanno il WiFi o anzi, cel hanno a pagamento, 1€ al giorno ma funziona solo nella Hole e nella reception. Non hanno pulito la nostra stanza per giorni, dovevo correre dietro all uomo delle pulizie e dirgli di cambiare almeno gli asciugamani e di mettere la carta igienica in bagno.. il personale, nonostante parli in inglese corretto, non ti ascolta e fa finta di non capire, l uomo della piscina, gli ho chiesto un info e Anzi che rispondere mi ha scritto nel traduttore se lo portavo in Italia. Il direttore ha chiesto a mia mamma 25€ per essere portata in aereoporto (ovviamente abbiamo usato altro mezzo)..per non parlare di quante proposte indecenti abbiamo ricevuto..la peggio cosa comunque è stato il cibo, ripeto, ogni volta che mangiavamo sia io che mia mamma stavamo malissimo per ore e ore.. esperienza che non consiglio a nessuno e che non ripeterò mai più.

The air conditioner does not work, the rooms are not clean, we have asked the reception more than four times and no one came, bad service and the last experience of this hotel and check in is so late

The room reserved did not match the room offered. “Filthy” bed, beddings, shower, sink and flooring. The level of service is way below average as it is noticeable that the staff is not trained and management is absent at all times. Horrible stay and will never repeat.

Das ist einfach nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel liegt nicht am Strand, der ist aber gut erreichbar zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten. Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig geputzt trotz Beschwerde und das Essen ist einfach ohne jegliche Liebe serviert.

Very old hotel

Hotel and my room was very old and worn. Front desk was very rude. Foods was very basic. Internet was extra charge. I did not like this place and found there over priced. And will never need to go there again and will not suggest to my friends.

Il resort non rispecchia affatto come è descritto

Le aspettative erano sicuramente migliori anche perchè abbiamo trovato una cucina che assolutamente non ha accontentato noi italiani. L'unica cosa che si poteva mangiare era pollo e patate, ma mangiarle ogni giorno ....... Fortuna che c'è un bravo cuoco che a pranzo ci ha preparato una buona pasta asciutta (però anche in questo caso non si poteva mangiare tutti i giorni). La pulizia sia nelle camere che al ristorante lasciava molto a desiderare. Per non parlare dell'animazione che accontentava i turisti russi, presenti in maggioranza, e non sapevano nemmeno dire "ciao". Siamo rimasti delusi. Sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

The photos do not represent the hotel or the rooms. I would not class this hotel as a 4* hotel. The buffet food is standard and limited in variety. The furniture and overall condition of the hotel and rooms is extremely outdated. The area requires you to travel to namaa bay by taxi only. The staff however are extremely pleasant and made the stay worthehile. If it wasn't for the staff, the stay would have been worse. They were the only good thing about the hotel. Would not be staying here again.

Everyone who we came in contact with was rude.

We spent a week at the resort and it was very unprofessional and every person we spoke to were very rude, however the hotel staff were lovely. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Shocking for a 4*

Expected the hotel to be at a higher standard as a 4*! There is no animation team (apparently switching over)nothing for kids to do!! The food was repetitive and mainly russian

Lo staff é molto cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e ampie. Là si mangia bene e c'è una varietà nel cibo. Pure il mare là è bellissimo e trasparente .Inoltre il team dell'animazione è molto attivo e sorridente .Raccomando a tutti di andare in quell'albergo Resort

Ruime kamer, schoon en netjes. Keurige badkamer en schoon toilet. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is noodzakelijk om goede afspraken te maken over de prijzen van b.v. diner en/of pick-up service van en naar hotel.

Prisvärt hotell. Bra och rymliga rum. Underhållning nästan varje kväll på hotellet. Minus för läget till shopping och andra restauranger samt nöjen. Man blir lite isolerad till hotellkompexet, dock finns det att tillgå transport till mera centralt belägna naamabay och marknaden men den går endast 3 ggr per dag. Taxi kan bli dyrt om man inte förhandlar om priset varje gång vilket kan bli en utdragen process. Läget till stranden är bra ca 5 min gångavstånd.

Good hotel with excellent diving facilities

Check in was a breeze and the service was really good. The staff spoke good English but better Italian. The place was full of Russians. The hotel dive centre have a really good set up there and overall the stay at Sol Cyrene was very good. Taxi into Sharm and Naama Bay should be around 40 and 30 Egyptian pounds respectively with the local taxis.. good luck bargaining! The beach near the hotel is good and free. You'll even see a bit snorkeling there but its better to head to sharks bay for that. I highly recommend this place!
