“I really enjoyed the helpful staff. We were coming in to town for an event and they allowed us to check in at 1:00pm. The staff was very nice and amicable. The room was hot upon arrival but was able to cool down fast. The room was nice and clean along with the restroom. The only thing I did not like was how loud the restroom door creaked every time it was opened and how much water escaped under the shower door had to use the extra towels to dry up the floor after I showered. But when we checked out ,with the receptionist everything we liked about the service went out the window. The young lady was very rude to my wife. “Me he hospedado en este hotel las últimas tres veces que he viajado a McAllen, pero esta ocasión la experiencia fue terrible en la habitación. El aire acondicionado funciona un poco extraño, el aire frío no deja de salir y para compensar cada 5 mins sin exagerar prende otro equipo que empieza a meter aire caliente. El problema es que ese equipo de aire caliente hace mucho ruido y no pudimos descansar porque constantemente prendía y apagaba, así estuvimos toda la noche. También lo vimos un poco……

It does have a swimming pool way overpriced, and it claims to have queen beds, but they're just single beds, that's allThey are, especially if you're a little bit of a chunky person trying to sleep with another person in one bed, you humiliate yourself.So much because of their faults, claims about their queen beds. Sorry for being so bluntly about this. But this is just how I feel about that property Stuff is a little friendlier than they used to be.”
