“Id like to start by saying it was clean, good for what our purpose was. Getting there honestly was not the greatest there was no like number markers that shows the house parking lot. Get in quick through the front door, the unit door kinda had to put some hip force to open and close, there was some damages prior, went to check out the bathtub and the support of the shower curtain fell almost on me, immediately contacted host, DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING BUT AUTOMATED MESSAGES, not impressed……

“Let me start by saying communication with owner was wonderful. This was our first trip to Kansas City. It was in a great location for both states of KS and MO. It was located very close to the interstate. Newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was on 3rd floor, I must have missed that in description but it worked out. No toaster or microwave but managed. Great place. ”

“The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean……

“The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Good parking and an elevator will take you to the front door. The apartment was clean, well appointed, looked exactly like the photos, and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. We could have used an extra blanket. Everything was in working order. There was some road noise from College Street but nothing that would keep me from staying here again.This was a great place for the price and location.”
