「The house looks like the photos and the kitchen is really nice. Other parts of the house could use some TLC. Outside the house the garbage can was full & stinky and there were cardboard boxes on the ground. We could not get the key lockbox to open. I tried calling the owner but her phone wasn’t taking calls. I sent a message through VRBO and she responded saying that it was pretty hot and maybe that’s why the box wouldn’t open. We had been on the road from Waco and were hot & tired ourselves....

The property was clean, and the host was very good about communicating things with us. On our particular trip, the washer wasn't working, but the owner noted that a new one would be delivered soon.
