「Very basic hotel, didn’t respond to our shuttle pick up request, the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The door beeped when closed, had to call the front desk a few times. Not a hotel I recommend unless you are in a pinch.」

「Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Location to airport is quite convenient but don't expect a quiet stay - and not just from the planes. Dogs barking, construction sounds. There was a misunderstanding about the shuttle. Pickup from the airport is free but there is a charge for the return to the airport. Restaurant was very pleasant and staff lovely. There is a significant rip in the carpet leading into the elevator that needs repaired - a trip hazard and luggage can catch. Also the marble...
