Welcome to your stylish Sheffield stay! This beautifully designed 2-bedroom apartment is set in a prime central location — the perfect spot for professionals, city explorers, or weekend guests looking to enjoy the best of Sheffield in comfort and style. From the moment you walk in, the apartment impresses with its modern layout, warm wooden textures, and plush seating area ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

The open-plan living space features a chic velvet sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, and a spacious dining table — perfect for shared meals or evening wine.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal: oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, and plenty of utensils. Whether you’re cooking up something special or just heating up a takeaway, you’ll find what you need right here.

Both bedrooms are light, airy, and dressed in calming tones with quality bedding, ample storage, and space to unwind. One includes an ensuite feel, and both offer the perfect balance between comfort and privacy. The bathroom is sleek and contemporary, fitted with a walk-in shower, stylish tiles, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries.

We offer a range of extras to make your stay even easier: Early check-in/Late check-out (£10/hr), pet cleaning fee (£20), travel cot hire (£20), mid-stay cleaning (£35), and extra linen/towels (£10). Need groceries pre-stocked or luggage storage? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £150 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Bedrooms were of a good size and the en-suites were nice. Comfortable lounge and decent kitchen. Apartment perfect for a one night stay. However AVO Management who organised the check in had sent the check in forms to the wrong email address which caused some added stress to the process, which could have been easily avoided.
