「We came to Memphis for our grandson's band competition. This hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Our unit was clean, a bit outdated but still nice and kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean, tub needs to be recalked. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. We were greeted daily by friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfasts the hotel provided. We would stay again.」

「Hotel Had Roaches, You Rarely See Any Women, You’ll See Men Of All Race. They Watch You Like A Hawk, Security Disrespectful. Put Us Out The Hotel With No Explanation In The Rain While It Was Dark. Threatening To Call The Police. I Highly Would Not Recommend This Hotel, Especially As A Women.」

「The staff was pretty good but the property was not well kept. The buffett is great and delicious, but counters and some of food areas aren't kept clean (i.e. waffle station)」

「The front desk was nice and the room was very clean」

「The cookies! Staff was very nice and polite! For the price we should have had a microwave in the room」
