“Great place to stay in New Haven. Clean apartment. Easy to communicate with the host. ”

“This is a cozy apartment, and the hosts respond very quickly to texts. Case in point, I modified my stay to arrive a day earlier, but the system didn't update the code to unlock the doors. When I texted the problem, they resolved the glitch quickly. I loved the neighborhood and walking around Wooster Square.”

“Property was great except a few things. The bedroom set up was kinda scary. Especially since there aren’t locks on the doors. Also getting in and out of the tub was dangerous. I understand that it is a vintage situation but the step out was nerve wrecking. WiFi very weak in back bedroom. However, the amenities were out of this world! I couldn’t have been more impressed with the bathroom toiletries. Parking and location were great.”

“The Good - host check-in information was organized, communicated well, listing was accurate, space clean and nicely decorated, bed, pillows, and linens SUPER comfortable, pet friendly, kitchen well equipped, nice bottle of wine waiting for us!The Not as Good - unloading was a challenge because it was difficult to find street parking nearby, the area around the building is not so great and we were a little nervous walking our dog late at night, and building feels more like a dorm and is high……

“Positives: the place was clean, and generally well appointed. Felt comfortably large for a studio apartment. The bathroom had been updated with marble floor and wall tiles and new fixtures. New fridge, small microwave and an old gas stove. It was warm but we could open the windows. We found several good places to eat within easy walking distance. Cons: Beware - This is a FOURTH FLOOR WALK UP! It was a bear to get our large luggage up all those stairs! Other small stuff: no washcloths, only……

“Great area, right next to Orange Street and its shops and restaurants. Apartment has two bedrooms, all the amenities, comfortable beds, access to washer/dryer. We enjoyed our visit!”

“Enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and access. Great selection of keurig coffees available. Didn't hear any of the other guests but is close to a 2 lane road, so they do provide white noise machine if you need it. We were fine without using it. No dishwasher, but we didn't have many dishes so that wasn't an issue.”

“1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed. 2: There is a ton of noise from cars and pedestrians nearly around the clock, and the walls are paper thin.
