Beautiful view..cabin living

The view and river were the best part! It's hard to find a place for 11 people and it was great that everyone could have their own bed with extra space. The layout of the home worked great for our group as well. However there were some issues, the dishes must not have been used recently so before using any dish we had to wash. Comforters and blankets were dirty, looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time. Hot water lasted maybe for two showers so be sure to take a quick shower if you have a lot of people and the water smells like sulfur. It was nice to have a washer/dryer however don't be in a rush as the washing machine takes forever. There's some renovation projects that needs to be finished.

Beautiful home with serene views of the river, very quiet and peaceful. River access was easy with stairs right to it and TWO decks over looking. The screen porch is an added bonus with hot tub. Plenty of towels, washing clothes provided. Check in was very easy & communication was great! The pup enjoyed it as much as we did, the weather was very hot (recird breaking) the window units kept up the best they could to keep us cooled. Plenty of wood for the firepit as well as tubes, kayaks for the river A grocery store is only 20 minutes away. The only suggestions I have is a deep cleaning, the top drawer on the kitchen could be attached more securely and the screen door on the screen room had screen coming unattached, all of which didnt bother us at all. We'd love to make this our yearly spot! Thank you for providing our favorite yet place to stay :)

Very nice

Overall great time. Lovely home, very spacious. Hot tub worked, access to river was easy. Fire pit is huge. Enough chairs for everybody, and we had a group of 12. Found clean but definitely needs a deep cleaning, the ceiling, under beds and couches, bathroom extractors and the washing machine smelled of mold. Maybe an update of AC units, we did feel hot during the day.Will vrbo in the future with this property.
