I didn't like that i wasn't informed ahead of time that it was a 3rd floor walk-up, the 2nd bedroom was a loft with a spiral staircase to gain access, or that the laundry wasn't in the unit but in the next building.”

“This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.”

“This house was spotless! Very well stocked in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect to bring your boat and they have a kayak and paddle boards if you’re adventurous. The dog enjoyed the house too. (Just wish it had a fence). We enjoyed playing pool and the dining table is big enough for a crowd. There were toys and puzzles for the kids too. We’ll be back”
