“We were looking for a unique place to stay, away from the usual trappings of a bigger city. Your location being right on the Lake’s edge, was very special, calming, especially in the mornings watching the fog roll over the Lake and the many squadrons of Canada Geese floating across the lake with morning coffee. We especially loved the interior cabin design and furniture made for a very relaxing stay.”

“Me, my mom & sister stayed a long weekend for mothers day. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Check in was easy and communication with the host was top notch. The master bedroom is very nice, and the cabin itself is well laid out and very comfortable. We enjoyed downtown Lowell and a trip to meijer gardens in grand rapids (only a 20 min drive.) We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Very relaxing Girls weekend! Great views, clean property, loved the set up/space. Supplied with necessities. Beach area needed some Spring clean up, but we enjoyed the amenities down there. Enjoyed the paddle boat the most! The long Stairway to lake was quite a hike for some of us!! Overall a great pick!”

The newly remodeled cottage has gorgeous knotty-pine paneling and comfortable chairs placed for watching the wildlife and birds that frequent the lake. “The house was nice and cozy, and we had a good time. We really enjoyed kayaking the different lakes, and we look forward to going back again. The cons of this rental would be that the water is dark/weedy and you can't see into it. There was a swimming raft on the property, which did not have a ladder attached to it. I am not sure how someone could even climb onto said raft.”
