Staff were brilliant. Car park was flooded along with fitness centre and they took everything in their stride. No panicking, no outburst of frustration, they just kept their cool and offered great customer service. Very well done to all involved, great credit to the hotel.

Nice cottage in the middle of nowhere
We stayed there for one week, the whole family and our dog. There was plenty of place around the cottage for our two boys and the dog and even if the weather isn’t nice there was everything in the house for our convenience.
