「Booked a rm in annex B. Arrived at annex A which is much more visible from the Main Street. Successfully checked in with the check in machine and was given a rm on the 7/F. The 7/F at annex is the “office” which looks more like a personal cubicle to the staff / owner . The staff was not very helpful and was obviously busy with his own matters taking on the phone. 「I highly suggest not attempting to stay here. The key word here being "attempting", because check-in time is at 10pm at night, and after showing up at 9pm, we were told that not only was check-in time at 11pm, but that our reservation had been cancelled without our knowledge. The reasoning given for the cancellation was that they couldn't reach us and validate our reservation by phone. Not only am I skeptical that this is a legitimate reason, but the other strange things about this...

「客房衛生情況非常惡劣，廁所馬桶及地板上有血跡，枕頭及被鋪都有污漬及異味，廁所周圍有黑色霉菌、有強烈臭味，沒有職員負責check-in、房間有問題沒有人處理，check-in時亦花費長時間找職員、房間是明顯沒有做清潔，有事亦難以聯絡職員或屋主，酒店亦拒絕退款，整個旅程都住得很不安心、嚴重影響旅遊情緒及睡眠質量，必定會列入黑名單、絕對不會再入住、亦不會建議其他家庭選擇此住宿！」

「Although the location and price are slightly tempting, do not stay here. We stayed in a triple room and there were many problems: -> Room had no hot water -> Washroom was covered in black mold -> Washroom was not cleaned before our arrival -> Washing machine was broken -> Fridge empty but not cleaned and had a pile of mold -> "Breakfast" is a bag of bread and another bag of jam although it wasn't restocked and was only there for one of the days. No refund was given although they did offer us...

「The room looks nothing like the photos. Those photos must have been taken 20 years ago. Now everything is threadbare and rotting. The mirrors on the ceiling are well maintained, which should tell you all you need to know about the neighborhood. The rooms stink of cigarettes so badly I almost choked when I walked in. The bed is just a box spring with no mattress. The staff don't speak english, and don't make accommodations.」

「10/10! A very clean and comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and replied to messages promptly. The area of the hostel is far enough from city centre to be peaceful and quiet, but also convenient enough to commute to Myeongdong within 40 minutes via train, with bus stops nearby too. There was an airport limousine bus that travels directly to Incheon international airport. Convenient stores were also close to the property. Would recommend to solo travellers!」
