"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"Aloha! Our stay here at Dansetsu was by far the BEST Japan accommodations ever! We were in shock at the spacious room layout, the clean atmosphere, comfy beds, amazing shower and hot water, everything was spectacular! I wanted to just stay in the room vs exploring Sapporo! It was that amazing! Staff and nice, clean towels daily, the hot springs was like a free spa every day, ramen at night for free was delicious! Some few minor details that need improving would be the size of the elevators and providing a cutting board and knowing the family suites. We ended up buying one which wasn’t a problem at all! I want to come back just to say here! Mahalo from your guests from Hawaii! "
