"Location is perfect. Its very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen was lovely after several days on my feet. Surprise bonus of noodles at night was very welcoming. "

"The hotel location is excellent! It's connected to Osaka metro and also has covered overpass directly to Abeno Harukas, Q's mall etc. The room was good but the TV is not a smart TV (no Netflix / Youtube) and there's no safe in the room. The staff is helpful and friendly."

"Lovely hotel. Stayed here for two nights and the staff couldnt be more helpful. They sorted out our luggage forwarding for us to our next hotel. Room was huge compared to our hotel room in tokyo and really quiet. Amenities available were also really good. A convenience store just down the street too. "

"Really liked this spot because it’s in the middle of Kyoto and Osaka. The hotel is 10/10 there’s a laundry room and a gym room as well as a cafe and Jazz bar which is amazing so much offered by this hotel much better and the price was amazing. "

"Brilliant location. The rooftop view. Wow!! Rooms great size with awesome views of the city. Truly enjoyed are last night here after visiting Japan for 20 days. Hope to visit again one day. Deb & Rick "
