「This is a new property, so in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and bedding. We stayed in a deluxe room without ocean view and overlooked a car park, which meant we didn’t use the balcony. Note that bathroom is open and won’t suit everyone. Pool is tiny for size of hotel. Nice rooftop bar but allow very drunk people to dominate the night we went there. The overall service experience is mixed from great to dreadful. Staff who are natural at customer service and those who don’t have a clue....

「We enjoyed our stay in Sand Dunes. The unit comes with kitchen and laundry. Rooms and bathrooms are tidy clean, no complaint. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The smaller pool and spa are heated. Kids love them. If you are on ground floor, your backyard open up to the pool. So recommended to get ground floor units. 「Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.」
