Just needs a lil extra TLC
We arrived at the property after dark. The post 5pm check in process was easy. However, the property is very difficult to navigate at night. The scale for the map seems off and we definitely ended up outside of the property and had to loop around.
One major positive is that the pictures are outdated and the gross looking motel comforter has been replaced by a very cute comforter.
The space itself looked very clean. It had clearly been cleaned at some point. However, it also seemed that no one had walked through between the last stay and ours as immediately my husband found a spider on his pillow. Then we discovered a spider web in the bathroom (with a spider) and another web in the tub. At one point I set my glasses down on the vanity and when I put them back on my face there was a web attached.
The selling point was absolutely the jacuzzi and it was amazing until through the bubbles we realized that mold was being pushed out of the jets. That ended the soak pretty quickly.
The space is perfect for two people. The couch is worn, but in that very just sink in and live there forever great kind of way. The bed is very firm but the pillows are very soft. Which for us was a difficult combination but that’s absolutely just a preference.
The only other complaint we had is since we checked in late we received a little letter telling us we needed to stop by the following morning after 9 to finish our check in. Shortly after 9 the next day we went to check in and there was a
